should have any questions concerning your water, sewer and trash or if you would

Tax Bills
You will also receive an "annual" property tax bill from us. Our tax year runs
from July 1 to June 30.
Are you Moving?
If you are planning to move in or out of Town, please contact the Town office
promptly. This will allow us to properly prorate your quarterly water, sewer
and trash bill and the annual Leonardtown property tax bill. If an attorney or
title company is handling your settlement, they must call the Town office prior
to settlement so any outstanding bills can be prorated and included at closing.
