Health Connections Van in the Town Square

Visit the Health Connections Outreach Center Van in the Leonardtown Town Square on Washington Street every second Wednesday of the month from 12:00 Noon - 3:00 p.m.

Services include free blood pressure checks, and screenings for cholesterol,psa, and hemoglobin A1c. Free of charge.
